M. Sean High, Esq.

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Sean is a graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School, Millersville University and Penn State Law. Before deciding to attend college, he spent over a decade involved in the operation of his family's auto repair business. Prior to assuming his duties at Ease the Burden, Sean was employed as a staff attorney at the Penn State Center for Agricultural and Shale Law where he provided legal education to Pennsylvania's farming industry. A founding member of the Ease the Burden Board of Directors, Sean is a member of Stumptown Mennonite Church where he currently serves as Director of Finance.
Mindy Lapp
Vice-Chair | Vice-President
Born and raised in Lancaster County, Mindy is a graduate of Manheim Central High School. She is currently an on-air radio/news personality at FM 90.3 WJTL. Mindy has been working in radio, voice-over work and acting for more than three decades. She is also a Director/Producer/Percussionist for Pequea Valley High School's Theater Dept. You can also find her helping out as a Gal Friday at one of her family's small businesses-Ken's Gardens or Gallery Grow. One of the founding members of the Ease the Burden Board of Directors, Mindy is a long-time member of Keystone Church where she actively serves the Worship Ministry in both music and production.
Jack Herr
Board Member
A product of rural Lancaster County, Jack is a graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School, studied International Business with the International Business Institute in Europe, and graduated from Messiah College. Presently part-owner and Vice President of his family’s manufacturing business, ATI Corporation in New Holland, he is a founding member of the Ease the Burden Board of Directors. Jack has been a member of Stumptown Mennonite Church since the mid-90s having served in several leadership roles including Church Council Chair.
Lisa Landis-Blowers
Board Member
A lifelong resident of Lancaster County, Lisa graduated from Conestoga Valley High School and Bloomsburg University. Since 1991, Lisa has been working as an on-air radio personality at FM 90.3 WJTL where she currently hosts “The Afternoon Drive” every Monday through Friday. Lisa is also the host/creator of The Kids Cookie Break which airs every Saturday morning on WJTL, and she can be heard on WGAL-TV8 where she is also employed as a voice-over artist. Lisa serves as lector and photographer for Historic St. Mary's Church.
